Product Design Manager  A firm Australian company which is the leader in designing and manufacturing of high tensile premium woven stainless steel wire mesh for architectural & security screen applications. Our customer need the professional to join their dream factory as the position: Product Design Manager (Doors & Windows) Responsibility - Manage the design team to execute the Design & Development of the applications for architectural screen products (currently used in security doors and windows). - Create news product to wider the applications of security coated wire mesh to home applicants, construction and decoration materials or products. - Design new related product to enhance customer in potential market supporting sales & marketing strategy and world situation. - Support for designing and specifying the fixing methods or installation requirements to meet customer requirements for the specified application. - Position ideally suites candidate with experience in designing architectural and construction background or creativity innovation. Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in similar position and age about 30 years old up. A minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Architecture / Construction Design or related discipline. Design Management experience, doors & windows, aluminum or construction business is advantage. Knowledge of CAD/CAM design Ability to communicate with the customers and understand their requirements. Strong Technical Leader, excellent problems solving and Analytical skills, and an effective communicator with Local and International personnel. Strong Creative Thinker and Self motivated to patent new products base on architectural screens. Good command of written and spoken English Position will be base in Chiang Mai and may required regional and international travel. |
