Human Resource Manager article

Our Client is a joint venture formed in 1991  to manufacture, distribute and service air conditioning products for domestic use and export worldwide. And the company is rapidly evoluing as a leader in the manufacture and sales of air conditioning products in Thailand.

It is with this background that the company proudly serves its customers with specialized production, distribution and administration efforts through three companies established as part of the company joint venture:From Worldwide to Thailand.

 

Human Resource Manager

Location: Samutprakan


Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to ensure smooth business operations by providing people strategies, consultancy and support on strengthening the organization and will take responsibility for ensuring that a number of human resource functions are handled with professional.
  • Facilitate timely management decision making at top management level and operating levels by providing comprehensive human resources information that relevant to the business.
  • The responsibilities that include development and implementation of HR strategies to achieve corporate/business objectives with ensuring that all human resource operation activities smoothly implement with the highest efficiency and effectiveness, selection & recruitment, performance evaluations, payroll, salary increment & administration scheme, employee compensation, performance management system, staff social activities and welfare and to ensure the effective running of the department.
  • The Human Resources Manager will action as human resources technical consultant providing strategic and tactical direction and recommendations for using Key Performance Indicators, Balance Scorecards and other HRM tools for performance management.

Specifications

  • Male/Female, age 35 - 40 years
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Should be minimum 7 years experience in human resources management with background in labour law, labour union. .
  • Able to handle change management and HR projects The successful candidate should strong leadership capability, with ability to be creative, lead change and drive results.
  • Ability to coach, influence and counsel employees and leaders and gain trust of clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to effectively lead significant projects in the business and manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
