Qualifications :

- Male/Female

- Age 28-35 years old.

- Bachelor's degree in metallurgy

- At least 4 years experience in copper alloy casting process, induction furnace

- Have a good leader skill

Job description

- Tool preparation ( sep up )

 - Control of process data ( temperature of melt, mixture of graphite etc. )

- Teaching and guiding the workers specially related to quality of final product.

- Ensure the quality of casing ( material analysis grinding and polishing test, breaking checks, measurement etc.)

- Maintenance of furnace, machines, equipment and tools etc.

- Performance maintenance of tools.

- Cost control on auxiliary material, tooling and equipment.

- Cost and time control of production process and workers.
